Your self portrait really feels like...Hey Arrolynn. Your self portrait really feels like you. I remember talking to Gail about the piece with the couple and the trailer, and I said that he looks like the type of guy that would be flipping burgers on a barbeque. I didn't see that he was doing that until after I said that. Just thought I'd share that. I really like the one with the snowman and the red house. I do wish though that there was a little more room below the house so maybe the composition wouldn't feel so heavy on the left. I still think it's fun piece though. Keep up the happy, swirrly, work going. :)Lizbeth Quispehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17559559747710089077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-900013623000434155.post-1086612176962287982007-12-19T11:10:00.000-08:002007-12-19T11:10:00.000-08:00I really like what you've go going on. I think you...I really like what you've go going on. I think your self-portrait reads well, and will look great on the poster. I like the stuff at the bottom, especially the bottom one,( the characters are so cute). I would like to see more of the pattern/texture be more prominent in the images, instead of always putting a wash over them, because it's really cool! And maybe add a little reality to some of your drawings (like the house in the snowman pic) were it is really distorted, maybe make things a little more structural, but still have character and cool details, just not so much exaggeration.Matt Swartzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05015693389126100360noreply@blogger.com
